| Last week, I went down to Utah looking for a job. I had met a man that was doing something
similar to what Lewis Starrett was doing out at Miracle Mountain Ranch and had looked
to get a job with him. I did not get a
job with this man from Utah
but in the process I started to feel as if God was leading me back into active
duty service. I am not 100% sure that
this is God’s direction for me but I am looking at going back to active duty
and joining the Green Berets. Please
pray that God’s will would be made manifest to me and that I would have the
grace and the strength to do what He wants me to do.

| Howdy y’all,
I would covet your prayers over the next several months as I
have some vary important decisions to make.
I am coming to a cross road in my military career. I need to decide whether or not to pursue the
Special Forces, become an officer, stay where I am at in the infantry, do
something else totally different, some combination of the above, or get out
altogether. Also, I need to make these
decisions by the end of the year. There
are about a dozen variables thrown into the mix as well. There is an opportunity for me to apprentice under
a Christian horse trainer in Utah
who is doing something similar to Lewis Starrett and his Miracle Mountain Ranch. I plan on visiting him this winter to see if
it is something that I might be able to do and whether it is compatible with
the military, that is one variable. I would also like to start thinking about settling
down in the next year or two, another variable. Also, I should be finishing my Associate’s
degree by the end of the year. After
that I would only have to get thirty more credits to be an officer, that’s
another variable. The list goes on and
on.
Again, pleas pray that God would guide my footsteps as I
seek his will and that He would give my patience as I wait for his perfect

OK, time for another update.
A couple of weeks back I applied to be an extra in a movie
that was being filmed here in Montana. When I got to the set last week I was
assigned to be a Pallbearer and then I was hooked up with a microphone and
asked to call out the commands for the Pallbearer team. The move is called “Taking Chance” with Kevin
Bacon. It is about a Marine Colonel that
is escorting the remains of a young Marine killed in Iraq in 2004.
I have started an English course and am taking Public Speaking tomorrow morning; I would covet your prayers
for that. Other than that it has been pretty much
business as usual.

Ok, it is about time for me to let everyone know what I have
been doing.
So here it is.
I am dropping the Animal Science and am going to finish with
an Associate in Science by the end of the year. The VA is going to be to difficult and time
consuming to make it work for the Bachelor degree. I only have four more tests and one course to
go until I am done. I am seeking a job
for the summer and then when I am done with school ….. I don’t know what I am
going to do when I am done with school.
The Lord has given me several desires and I am waiting for His timing
and direction on how to pursue those desires.
Other than that I have been working around the house
finishing up the various projects that we have going.
